My wife and started thinking about purchasing our first home in 2020 when we met Wayne at an open house he was hosting. During that initial meeting Wayne made a great impression as we toured the home. He was knowledgeable, kind and respectful of our time so we knew that when the moment was right to get serious about buying we wanted to use Wayne as our realtor. Fast forward a year and we approached Wayne about helping us purchase our first home. He made the process as easy as possible and his communication was always genuine and prompt. When we finally settled on a property Wayne made the entire purchasing process very smooth. I have no doubt that without his lobbying we would not have been able to finalize the deal. When we are ready to think about entering the market again we plan to use Wayne again would highly recommend him to anyone that asks.
