Wayne & Sean Burton ,RE/MAX West Real Estate, a father and son real-estate team have provided an outstanding service to my family during search and closing of a sale on an acreage property located outside Cochrane. Searching for the property was a long and arduous process for us until we met the Burtons who showed us the right way to go about it. They are ultimate professionals who dedicated considerable time and effort for property search ,and close the sale. During the search we found a property that we liked and were ready to make an offer but were dissuaded by them from doing so because the property had many flaws. They walked away from making a sure sale because that was not in our best interest. That was commendable honesty and integrity they exhibited throughout the property search .After a few weeks, they found an excellent property that we liked and purchased .We are very grateful to Wayne and Sean for everything they have done to make it happened.

End to end a very positive experience. We used Wayne 34 years ago when we were looking to buy a house. He listened and understood where we wanted to live and what we wanted in a home, and found us what we wanted in our price range. When selling my fathers home, Wayne and Sean again listened to our perspective and what we hoped for from this sale. The process was very smooth and professional. The strategy for sale resulted in a quicker sale than we dared to hope for, resulting in proceeds from the sale which we were estatic with. Working with Wayne was great. He got to know me and focused on properties that fit my needs, filtering out problem houses and neighbourhoods that did not meet my criteria. When it came time to make an offer he was very fast and we had it signed hours after viewing the property. For finishing the purchase the inspector, condo documents reviewer, and lawyer he recommended were all excellent to work with.
