End to end a very positive experience. We used Wayne 34 years ago when we were looking to buy a house. He listened and understood where we wanted to live and what we wanted in a home, and found us what we wanted in our price range. When selling my fathers home, Wayne and Sean again listened to our perspective and what we hoped for from this sale. The process was very smooth and professional. The strategy for sale resulted in a quicker sale than we dared to hope for, resulting in proceeds from the sale which we were estatic with. I would (and do) recommend Wayne and Sean as real estate agents for both buying and selling your home.

Working with Wayne was great. He got to know me and focused on properties that fit my needs, filtering out problem houses and neighbourhoods that did not meet my criteria. When it came time to make an offer he was very fast and we had it signed hours after viewing the property. For finishing the purchase the inspector, condo documents reviewer, and lawyer he recommended were all excellent to work with.

Wayne was great! It was my first time buying real estate and he guided me through the process and lead me in the right direction with what I wanted out of an apartment. If he saw something wrong during a walk through he would alert us right away and be completely transparent. Definitely would use Wayne again for my next place!!

Wayne has helped me buy two properties and sell one, he is very professional and knowledgeable about the area and the details needed to finalize the sale. Even after the sale approximately 3 years later he was able to provide me with the all the details I needed for another matter. I highly recommend his services.
