I met Wayne almost 9 years ago as he helped me try to find a house; changing work and life situations prevented me from buying right away but off and on over the 9 year time span Wayne probably showed me at least 40 houses and was always very patient and great to deal with. I finally bought a house in September 2024 and will always use Wayne in the future.

Wayne and his team were amazing to work with. Very knowledgeable and, as we are first-time home buyers, educated us throughout the process. We valued their quick communication and dedication to detail. Just days after our possession date a bad hail storm hit our community. Wayne and his team checked in to make sure we and our new home were okay. We appreciated that kindness. They came highly recommended to us by our own family members and we will equally recommended them to our friends and family. Looking forward to working with them in the future.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Wayne & Sean! As we are relocating from another province, it was imperative that we work with a reliable and experienced realtor that would take the time to understand our requirements then guide us through the process of finding our new home. Wayne had helped us to find a place to downsize. We started looking at condos but later we found a villa that we liked. It took quite a while, but he was patient and not pushy, easy to work with.

Our experience was wonderful from start to finish. Wayne and Sean did a thorough inspection of our house, provided us with recommendations on what we should repair, and gave us the name of a good contractor who fixed what we couldn’t do ourselves. They made suggestions for decluttering and staging the house and allowed us the time to do it with no pressure. Once it came time to list, they worked with our special circumstances and managed the process excellently. Our house was on the market for a day and a half and we received six competing offers. Wayne and Sean worked with us to determine which one was the best and made the process easy to understand. We highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy or sell.
