Wayne and his team were amazing to work with. Very knowledgeable and, as we are first-time home buyers, educated us throughout the process. We valued their quick communication and dedication to detail. Just days after our possession date a bad hail storm hit our community. Wayne and his team checked in to make sure we and our new home were okay. We appreciated that kindness. Wayne had helped us to find a place to downsize. We started looking at condos but later we found a villa that we liked. It took quite a while, but he was patient and not pushy, easy to work with.

They made suggestions for decluttering and staging the house and allowed us the time to do it with no pressure. Once it came time to list, they worked with our special circumstances and managed the process excellently. Our house was on the market for a day and a half and we received six competing offers. Wayne and Sean worked with us to determine which one was the best and made the process easy to understand. We highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy or sell.
