Trevor helped me sell my current condo. This is the same one that he worked with me to purchase. He helped me sell my previous condo. I don't think that I could find a better Real Estate Agent (nor do I want to). Everything that he does is of the highest standard. Even when he has had to deal with difficult people (not the buyers) he remains professional. I trust his knowledge, skill and advice and the people who work for him. Even his photographer talked about how well he treats her. He treats me with kindness and respect. In this difficult market he was able to help finalize the deal in a short time. He helped with the stress, he gave reassurance when I needed it. He was available. He is the top of his field in my opinion. I trust him 100 percent. I would recommend Trevor to anyone needing a Realtor. Thank you again Trevor!!!

Trevor was very responsive whenever I contacted him and I found him to be super reliable and trustworthy! He comes in with a real knack for marketing and works really hard for you! We have bought and sold with him as our realtor and I would 100% recommend him to anyone who wants a great experience!

Trevor is an excellent realtor. He is on the ball and doesn’t waste any time trying to sell your property. His communication is great and he gets back to you immediately if you have questions (and expects the same in return 😉). He is a salesman for sure but that is what you want. We were selling a lower value property and still had to reduce it in price because it was not moving. Trevor gave us the same amount of attention, support, and time as if it were a much more valuable property. He never made us feel like we were wasting his time. He will give you his opinion but never pushes you into anything. We would highly recommend him to anyone. He also has a good sense of humor.

Especially in a tough real estate market, as we had experienced, Trevor was positive, encouraging, but honest about the realities. He didn't sugar coat the situation, but was steadfast in going with our wishes once we had weighed all the options. He continually tried new avenues of attention throughout the sale period, never losing motivation or creativity. His marketing strategies and technology are amazing. We had excellent social media exposure, videos, drone footage and unique videos of Trevor talking directly to his audience, so the video felt personal and relationship oriented. I believe Trevor is trustworthy and hardworking. He knows his business and the market. You simply cannot go wrong contracting with Trevor to sell your property.
