We had seen Trevor very involved in our community for the last years and when we needed to sell our house quickly we contacted Trevor who, even though he was stuck in Alberta, got back to us quickly and days later he was sitting in our home explaining the process, the market, all the important things we needed to know. Happy with our initial conversation, we signed and days later had an amazing offer. Thank you for all the information you provided, your patience as we navigated a sensitive situation and your follow up to make sure everyone was ok and ready for signing day. Working with Trevor was an awesome experience. He is very knowledgeable and if he didn’t have an answer for one of our questions he would pick up the phone right away and find out for us. With being first time home buyers in a difficult market, we were looking for a real go-getter but also didn’t want to feel like we were being rushed into something that wasn’t right, and he was the perfect fit. Quick to respond and wasn’t pushy at all. We will definitely use him in the future if we decide to sell/buy again, and will be recommending him to anyone we can.
