FULL TRANSPARENCY is the first thing that comes to mind. Trevor listened to our needs and wants gave us important input and sold our house in two days. Very professional and although our house was not at all high end we got the royal treatment. Can't say enough about how good this guy is. It is like dealing with an old friend!
