Not sure where to start. I have had previous working experience with 3 great Real Estate Agents who I would highly recommend. Trevor well I am lost for words, in a great way. His years of experience within sales and Managing and as a Realtor show forth. I know I could not find another Realtor with His experience and talent. My experience totally. He has gone way above and beyond on every level. I am a low budget purchaser, and later seller, ie cheaper condos. He often deals with million dollar home sales. He has never treated me any different I think then his high end home sellers or purchasers. He has always treated me with the utmost respect. He has always treated me with kindness and understanding. He knows the market. He offers great advice. He is there all the way even in very, very difficult situations. This last closing where I took possession was extremely difficult. The former renter was extremely abusive. Trevor dealt with the situations extremely well. He remained professional. He was protective of me. He worked with everyone involved in a professional way. Please don't contact him to help you re same. Whatever help you need re buying or selling your home I could not recommend a better Realtor. I now see him as a friend. I rarely make recommendations or write reviews but Trevor deserves every praise. I am so very thankful for his hard work, patience, endurance, understanding, kindness, thoughtfulness, help, professionalism, knowledge, guidance, etc, etc. It is a very hard profession, he has excelled to the top of the profession. Trevor is a fantastic realtor and a great guy. He never made us feel less important for buying a condo rather than a massive mansion. He treated us with respect and we truly felt valued by him. He made the process as smooth as we could ever have hoped for. When we paused looking for a home he stayed in constant contact with us. We only want to work with Trevor again in the future. Trevor and his work are more then 5 stars. I personally would only want to work with Trevor again when buying or selling real estate on the Island. I used his skills, service and knowledge to sell a home and buy a home. We were successful in a counter offer. He went above and beyond in all areas. He was prompt, competent, reliable, knowledgeable, professional, etc. He is an excellent communicator with all needed interactions, with all people involved. I think he is at the very top in his Real Estate business. I am 100 percent satisfied. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting a honest, hardworking, knowledgeable, experienced Realtor.
