Tracy help us find our first home in the Valley over 2 decades ago. Sold that and bought another a few years after and kept that home for over a decade. She recently help us sell our current home even in this tight market. This was done even with all the renovation that was required. Did I mentioned I was out of town. Tracy and her team including a contractor did magic to make my house stand out vs the rest. She used all trending platform to sell including Facebook and instagram.
