We purchased our home from the mainland and made several trips over but relied heavily on Tracy's knowledge of the valley, the schools, the neighbourhoods, and most importantly our needs. She is extremely knowledgeable on building codes and standards, zoning, future city planning and seems to know everyone in the valley :). She and her team are responsive, always available and a pleasure to work with. She helped us maintain our cool during the process when we needed it most and provided sound advice when we got a bit ahead of ourselves.
