Moving can be stressful, but Tracy made everything easy. My home listing was perfect and it sold immediately. Due to Tracy's awesome negotiating skills, I received a price that I was very happy with. She responded to me right away whenever I had any questions and is always available to show me new homes as they come on the market. Her years' of experience gave me peace of mind and helped me navigate the entire sales process from start to finish. As well, everything was done in an accurate and timely manner. Her suggestions for additional services, such as legal and moving, were also very welcome. I definitely recommend working with her and I will continue to use her for all my future real estate sales and purchase needs.
