The skeptics said "It wont sell, there is no market right now" It wont sell because its a Manufactured home from 1977" It wont sell because there is only 2 bedrooms" "It wont sell as it is just too far out of town" WELL they obviously never had the pleasure of working with Tracy and her brilliant team. 20 days on the market, 4 showings and 2 offers later it SOLD. Not only did it sell but both for a price both parties are very happy with. This is our third time working with Tracy and her business ethics, customer care and concern are above reproach.
