Tracy was knowledgeable of the market conditions and provides sound advice on listing price and did not set unrealistic expectations. The property being sold was in need of.an update and the listing price fairly reflected this. She kept us informed on the number of showings scheduled and accommodated our renter. When negotiating the final offer she looked after our interests. At closing there was a need to deal with issues the renter left behind and Tracy went above what many agents would have done to resolve.The issues to not be the new owners satisfaction but to ours as well.

Tracy was knowledgeable, prompt with replies, and had great trade contacts to assist with inspections and follow up while we were purchasing our home. We would (and have!) recommend her to friends and family and will use her again for future real estate transactions.
