I know some of my offers on the various properties we looked were low and she presented each one no matter how crazy they seemed. She got me the place I was looking for at the price I wanted to pay which was no easy task. Timing of the purchase was also problematic as my previous rental came to abrupt end with my landlord wanting to move into my suite. Giving me two months to find a place, but Tracey made it all work. I would recommend her to anyone. She was always very personal and respectful and I can not thank her enough for her outstanding service.
