Tracy was well versed in a sellers market, although at the start, Tracy, my wife, and I didn't think our property was worth our recent appraisal value. Surprisingly we found out it was more. Such was a crazy hot market on the west coast. Since the appraisal was done, we had kept the house as it was for picture staging and Tracy's stager couldn't do anything better than what we'd already done except move a couple peices of art from different rooms. It all worked out for us in the end. Tracy's timeline for the sale was very quick, and we greatly appreciated that.
