<p>This can be a very stressful time. Buying and selling a house, especially in the current market, is very intimidating. Tom brought such a high degree of professionalism and knowledge with him that it was far easier than expected. He was available to answer all our questions, turn around on deliverables on very short notice and guide us through all the intricacies of real estate with ease and confidence. He is a high dedicated and motivated person who will look out for your best interests all through the process. I cant recommend him highly enough. Myself, my wife and our two children were looking to upgrade to a single family home in the same neighborhood. We also wanted to hold onto our existing townhouse as an investment property.
