Tim is an amazing realtor and a nice guy. He isn't a pushy salesman and is patient and waits for you to pick your property that you want to buy. He is knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable with the whole process. He found me a beautiful place at an excellent price. Highly recommend.

My condo purchase with Tim could not have been any smoother or easy. He was always available for showings and discussion, quick to answer messages and the actual transaction itself was completely hassle free. Even after the fact, Tim has been just as quick to answer both ongoing questions about the housing market, and recommendations for selling other properties. Anyone who works with Tim will not be disappointed and I look forward to continue utilizing him as my sole real estate agent in the future.

I found Tim to be a knowledgeable realtor for the area of the city I was selling in. On our initial appointment, he provided information on other transactions within the condo building and comparatives within the neighbourhood. We discussed prices and what was proposed, I felt was lo for the condo. We discussed the price and agreed upon a number that was satisfactory to both of us. Fortunately, the first couple that looked at the condo, gave an offer. Tim was great to go over the next steps of the proposed sale and provide me with the information that I needed to provide the seller. He was available for my questions and when the buyers had questions, he was very quick to call me so that I could provide information. Tim was able to assist me with the completion of the sale by providing me the name of a lawyer. I was very satisfied with our working relationship.
