Tim Lind was an incredible agent and advocate for us in purchasing our first home. He knew and understood the neighbourhoods we were interested in, and was able to show us what we wanted to see, and gently steer us towards what we didn't know we could find. He's highly experienced, completely professional, and yet very personable and friendly. He was great about booking showings, never pushed us beyond what we were comfortable with, and helped us every step of the way with our purchase. Even when the paperwork came in late at night, he was available and willing to help. Can't recommend him highly enough.
