Tim was awesome. He was very supportive, effective, and kind throughout the whole process of selling my mothers home. I have recommended him to other friends who also had rave reviews about Tim and his abilities as a realtor.

Tim was quick to respond to emails and phone calls. He gave clear and well researched advice about buying a new home, explaining the different lot prices charged by builders that had purchased their land from the city at different price points. His expertise helped us choose the right home and builder for us.

Tim was an ideal agent for us. He has a kind demeaner and is easy to get along with – making the experience of working together comfortable from the very beginning. He was professional in his interactions with us and others involved in the process of buying our home. Information was communicated timely and clearly. There was never a conflict between what he said and what he did. He had a great balance of guiding us while also giving us the space and time to make our own decisions – and negotiated a great deal for us in the end! We would highly recommend Tim Lind.

Buying a house: Tim was great at giving us the information we needed to find houses we wanted to look at and also at getting us in to see those houses. He did not apply any pressure allowing us to go at it own pace. Tim also helped me with getting a valuation on our place and a friends place.

Overall excellent experience working with Tim, it was the first time we had sold a house and he made it easy and helped us understand the start to finish process. Very communicative and knowledgeable!
