We appreciated working with Tim Murfin, he was professional and used many resources including social media platforms in order to advertise our home. We would definitely use him again, and recommend him.

Tim was super easy to work with, very accommodating and relatable. There was no pressure when looking at listings and he was prepared, thorough and fun to be around. I highly recommend Tim and feel lucky to have worked with him as it was completely random meeting him.

First I have to say, that we are not originally from Canada. We moved from Germany and this was our first time to buy a house here in beautiful Alberta. Realtors don’t have to best reputation in Germany and we didn’t work together with any of them in past. But since it’s pretty common here we decided it might be the best choice. And I am so glad we found Tim! I can’t tell you why, but for us he wasn’t like „normal“ realtors, he was more like a friend, that accompanied us looking for houses. And we looked at a lot of houses 😊 Tim has been driven hundreds of kilometers without complaining once. He was always open and available to answer my questions and I had a lot of questions. I still have, even now after we bought a house and he still is available and always trying to help. He checked on houses we saw, mentioned things he noticed, what would have to be done, what we would need, costs to be aware of etc. It was a pleasure working with Tim and we already said it’s gonna be kind of boring cause we’re not hanging out anymore looking for houses 😊 Tim helped us, finding our first own home here in Canada. We have to do some renovations, but when we’re finished, he’s definitely gonna get an invite for a barbecue 😊 And if we ever gonna look for another home and want to sell this one, we’ll definitely work with him again. The best and only realtor for us - a clear and absolute recommendation! 😊

Tim was probably one of the most patient realtors I have ever dealt with was very much appreciated. He was also one of the most insightful for offering helpful tips for renovations and repair work that needed done. Would absolutely recommend.
