I admire Tim work ethics, I had a bad impression of realtors before, but when Tim started to help me to find a house I totally changed my mind and I can’t thank him enough for so much hard work, focusing on customer best interest.

Tim has made buying a condo such a breeze! I was a first time home buyer (was also new to the city), and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible realtors. Tim was extremely helpful, transparent, and reliable through the whole process! Tim was super communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. I would totally work with him again!

Tim took the time to find out exactly what we were looking for.. Being from BC, we did online tours only with Tim.. Suffice to say, we came over to Calgary once.. only once, and finalized the house that we bought.. He did such a tremendous job !! Thank you Tim😊

Tim has been very helpful throughout entire buying process, always try to go above and beyond with his service. We were but nervous initially because we were out of province buying our first home in Calgary but Tim walked us through step-by-step, made sure we knew what to expect, and offered expert advice that helped us throughout the process.
