I recently had the pleasure of working with Tim Murfin. He found me a condo in the size I needed and in my price range. It was easy, as Tim took all the guess work out it. Always polite, professional and on time, Tim gets stuff done. I hope to never move again, but Tim would be there for me all way if I did. Great job.

Tim is a true professional in the real estate industry. Very personable, honest, sincere, knowledgeable and hard working. We felt comfortable and confident that he had our best interests at heart. All the details, facts, comparables were well prepared and helped greatly in making our purchase decision. He always made time for us and worked with our schedules to book showings. As first time home buyers, Tim patiently educated us on the market and legal processes/forms needed to be followed to make offers and of course the purchase of our home. Although the housing market in Calgary was really tough through 2023, Tim made our experience enjoyable. We have highly recommended Tim to all our friends, and would recommend him to everyone.
