Timothy helped sell my large acreage, he was the second realtor entrusted with the task. I was pleased with the approach taken by this firm, the advertising was top tier, photos were taken well without strange filters. They utilize social media and within 2 weeks I had more showings than I had with the previous agent in 6 months! Distance from a major center was a hurdle Tim handled well. He ended up being the realtor for both sides of the sale. Throughout the process I always found Tim to be patient, helpful and above all else professional. I have and will continue to recommend him in the future.

Tim did a great job helping us buy our first house as a couple, and also getting my condo sold at the same time in Spring 2024. He was excellent in communicating with both us and other agents involved during a very tight market, and brought a lot of expertise when viewing houses in things I had no idea about, like types of piping, and window age and condition. He was also happy to accompany us to loads of places while we figured out what we wanted, and him and his firm did a great job marketing the condo and getting it sold within a week of listing!

Tim was a true professional and worked diligently to find listings in our price range, and to guide us through the process within a new city. He went above expectations by taking the time to explain nuances within the market that could have affected our decisions. His knowledge of homes allowed us to quickly exclude choices that would have resulted in a home inspection failure. This saved us time effort and diasppointment
