After hearing many recommendations, we got in touch with Tim Jeong, and he truly lived up to his reputation. He was professional, kind, and always very quick to respond. One of the common complaints I often hear from friends who bought or sold homes is delayed responses or lack of communication from their realtor. However, throughout the entire process of searching for a home with Tim, he remained consistently responsive and supportive. It really felt like he genuinely cared about helping us. Even after we moved into our home, we noticed a very small issue (which isn’t a problem now) and asked him for advice. He told us he happened to be nearby and offered to stop by to help. We honestly didn’t expect that level of support after the purchase was already completed, and his professionalism and follow-up impressed us once again.
