First, there is a sense of responsibility. I value the sense of responsibility after purchase more than when I purchase. After purchasing the house, he answered various questions and problems in a consistent manner. Second, there is passion. I didn't have a car when I was looking at the house. I made several reservations to find a house in a hurry, but never shown any signs of exhaustion while looking at so many houses. Third, he is very friendly. From his friendly side to everyone, I thought 'This guy can do anything well.'. I don't really make many friends. He is such a good man and a good realtor that I think he's worth to be everyone's friend.

Because it was my first time buying a house, I had a lot of questions, and I did a lot of viewings of the house, and sometimes online viewings as well. Thanks to this, I was able to see the house without having to move around, and they helped me a lot by taking care of the house after purchasing it. Credibility that can be trusted is created.

Tim is one of few who knows his job and takes it from start to finish very well. As a client that was changing cities for residence location, Tim helped me in all aspects to find a home and make the transition as flawless as possible. He helped with finding the home with appropriate market pricing as well figured out what type of home I was looking for within a short time of us interacting. At all times Tim held my interests above and beyond rather than making a sale. First and for most he wanted to ensure I was getting what I was looking for at the best price possible. Tim helped align me with a home inspector, lawyer, painter, mechanical service for a new ac unit as well a mortgage specialist.
