Right from our first contact, Tim listened to our expectation of what we wanted in a property. He worked hard at identifying properties, did his homework on each property and was able to answer questions knowledgeably. Tim never tried to up sell us and always provided information that would allow us to make an informed decision. Once we decided to make an offer, he worked hard to negotiate a deal we were very satisfied with. Not being from Edmonton, there were a lot of things that we needed to be looked after in our absence, and Tim was always quick to offer his assistance like being present for the home inspection. Tim did every single thing he said he would in a timely manner. What we thought was going to be potentially a stressful purchase not being local was quite the opposite, completely trouble free. We can say that Tim is the consummate professional. Worked hard, was professional and never stopped working. Once the deal was done, he assisted us in lining up contractors to complete some renovations prior to moving in, something Tim didn’t need to do. He went and met with contractors at the property to obtain quotes for us in our absence. We have bought and sold over 15 properties with many realtors and can confidently say that Tim is at the top of the list.

Absolutely pleasant to work with! He really explained everything with full details and went above and beyond to meet my satisfaction. We love the house we just moved in, and he was extremely patient and helpful during all the process. He was helping as such he was buying house of his own.
