He helped with finding the home with appropriate market pricing as well figured out what type of home I was looking for within a short time of us interacting. At all times Tim held my interests above and beyond rather than making a sale. First and for most he wanted to ensure I was getting what I was looking for at the best price possible. Tim helped align me with a home inspector, lawyer, painter, mechanical service for a new ac unit as well a mortgage specialist.
