Tim was responsive to our needs and learned what we were looking for he was quick to show us new listings which ultimately led to us finding our dream home in one of the hottest markets. He saved me tens of thousands of dollars in the negotiation of the purchase by tempering our excitement to buy and educated us on the value/price in the neighborhood. When we sold he was bringing in buyers and we had multiple offers every weekend despite the market changing (slowing down). The online presence was awesome and our photos (when selling) were amazingly done. He was cool and calm to deal with and always reassuring/knowledgeable which kept us grounded allowing us to make clear and educated decisions.

Tim was beyond amazing to deal with. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave great advice. Answered all of our questions and was always available when we needed him. I would highly recommend Tim to everyone!
