Except I hated dealing with bad tenants, low vacancies and next to no cash flow. Calvin Hexter came highly recommended from someone else I know that works with him and he helped me find the right property that is now my best performing property, great tenant profile in the area and next to no vacancy. Did I mention $700/mth just off this one property!! Highly recommend</p>
