She was the most “outstanding” agent that we have ever met. Gabriela was not only profoundly knowledgeable in her field, but also exceptionally phenomenal and professional in providing and ensuring our needs to be met each time. My wife and I highly recommend her to our friends and family. Our experiences of her services are superior, and her professional approach has earned our trust.</p>

She was very easy to chat with and we immediately felt like she understood what we were looking for. We were new to the city and she took the time to give us the inside information on all of the different neighbourhoods (including all of the best restaurants and coffee shops!). When we started viewing houses she had a keen eye for all of the small details that we would never even think of. We looked at numerous houses and changed our "must-have" list multiple times yet she remained patient and enthusiastic the entire time. She was always very responsive and kept a flexible schedule for viewings. When it came time to make an offer and negotiate a sale she took charge and made sure that we had an agreement that we were happy with. In the end, we have a house that we absolutely love that we may never have found without Gabriela's assistance.</p>

Being patient was one of the best qualities with Gabriela, she took her time to explain to me as I had no previous knowledge of buying a house. She kept me informed on new listings in the market in a timely manner which eliminated the anxiety of not being able to find the property I like. I was given detailed information on the properties I viewed which I found very helpful. There was a perfect communication flow and she always replied to me back in a timely manner. I had given up on getting a house in 2019 but she followed up and ensured I got what I liked. I was really happy working with Gabriela and am also happy with my property.</p>

From my initial meeting at the first property, I had the immediate impression that I was going to have the right guidance along the way. My realtor Gaby was incredibly helpful in answering my frequent questions and apprehensions about the real estate world — and I had a lot of them! In addition to her patience, professionalism, and very positive enthusiasm, she and her team supplied an array of quality connections (aka the Power Team) to provide all the services I would need throughout the entire process, such as property inspectors, lawyers, and accountants. I also noticed how efficient our house hunting was with their software and collaboration technology. We then took those listings and visited over 20 properties in just a few runs before settling in the right place. If you have Gaby as your real estate agent, be prepared to enjoy the journey!</p>
