He would take my calls and chat with me even on weekends and Sundays. In all, my family has just purchased our dream house at a good price and at a wonderful rate. I feel so indebted to Calvin that I can't wait to refer him to anyone I know that requires the services of a professional realtor.</p>

Since my family can be indecisive when it comes to choosing properties that we like, I was very thankful that Calvin was patient with us and handled all our worries professionally just like a great realtor would. Calvin is also easy-going and it only took us one conversation to know that we are comfortable working with him. Additionally, he also answers any questions we have to the extent of his knowledge and experiences. He makes helpful and truthful suggestions along the process of our house search in order to come up with the best decision possible. Overall, working with Calvin has been a smooth and fun journey. We are very satisfied with our purchase and glad that Calvin is our realtor.</p>

I am a new property investor that has done a lot of homework over this past year but haven't purchased my first property until recently. Calvin has helped me extremely with knowing what to look for and what is important for a ROI and a healthy cash flow. He is very knowledge and willing to help. I have tested him many times to see if he was only interested in making a sale and that definitely was not Calvin. He looks out for his clients interest. Many properties that I thought were good, he told me it is not worth it and explained to me the reason. He has even offered to assist me with his many contacts that he has. So even after he sells a property he is still willing to help with advise and whatever his client needs. Thank you very much Calvin, I'm excited to continue our search on my next property when the time comes.</p>

However, in between the last and this deal, he efficiently and patiently showed us several properties that we were interested in. He never pressured us to make an offer when we were not ready. When we were ready to make offers, he would give us appropriate recommendations on pricing and conditions. He would weigh pros and cons of different offer options to assist us in making the best offer decisions.This deal took months to pursue but with Calvin's professional advice and speedy communications with seller's agents, we finally closed the deal with a better than expected outcome. We were very pleased with Calvin as he was very patient and helpful during the whole process.This property needed a facelift and Calvin recommended great contractors to help with the reno. Without Calvin, we wouldn't have been able to start the the reno the second day after we took possession. We would highly recommend Calvin to anyone who is looking to purchase investment properties as Calvin knows what properties attract good tenants and produce decent cash flow.</p>
