After the first meeting, it felt like she was just as much a friend as a tiger fighting for my interests in the house hunting world. She is very personable and makes the experience fun, not just business and awkwardness like most salespeople. Instantly she was able to understand my needs even more than me. The first property I picked myself to view before I even finished walking around she said that this property wasn't what I was looking for, and she had the perfect fit in mind. After a few weeks of looking to really get an understanding of the market, the very first property that Gabi wanted me to see ended up being what I purchased. Gabi goes above and beyond. She did such a huge amount of legwork, even for the properties that it was pretty clear I was not going to put an offer on. She would not let me close a deal until she was certain that all my needs were looked after, and made sure to look after things I didn't know needed looking after. The perfect evidence of how much Gabi cares for her clients: she dresses in her finest clothes to meet with renters, contractors, other agents, clients, etc. and will walk through a foot of wet and muddy dirt, from the recent landscaping work, in her high heels to look at a fence. The amount of knowledge and professionalism of Gabi is second to none. I am someone who started house hunting without a realtor, but I'm glad I ended up with Gabi since I wouldn't have been this successful without her.</p>

I had no idea where to start and was recommended I contact Calvin Hexter. He was patient, extremely informative and showed me the steps needed to property find the right investment property for me. Except I hated dealing with bad tenants, low vacancies and next to no cash flow. Calvin Hexter came highly recommended from someone else I know that works with him and he helped me find the right property that is now my best performing property, great tenant profile in the area and next to no vacancy. Did I mention $700/mth just off this one property!! Highly recommend</p>
