Taras was recommended to me by a co-worker and I'm glad he was because he was a great help. I was a first-time homebuyer and Taras was there the whole way giving advice and recommendations. Taras was straight forward and always around for any questions that might have come up. He conducted himself in a professional manner and had enthusiasm for all aspects of the transaction. From educating us about the market, what too look for and not to look for, the practical side of house buying to the nitty gritty details, on demand showings and always answering our questions, he was nothing short of spectacular. We had heard of him through a family member and would recommend his services to anyone in the area. We were on a slight time constraint finding a home and Taras went above and beyond. Once we found a home, Taras helped us find a notary, mortgage broker and was with us through every part (he even gave advice for utility start dates and an insurance broker). Even a year later, Taras was easy to contact and helped us find more information about our home. He makes a stressful and heavy process so much easier.
