Taras has a realistic approach to the Real Estate industry that makes him easy to trust and deal with. His understanding of the current market and the actual construction of properties was above and beyond our expectations. When we left we realized that we hadn’t written a review for you yet, so apologies from us for it being late:</p> <p>Earlier this year Taras Kinash helped us find a house that’s just perfect for us! We chose Taras as he has an extensive background in architecture as well as real estate. We felt with his diverse experience he could help us locate a property in which we could build a suite, and his skills certainly did prove valuable. He would take us through a property and would be able to discuss what exactly could be done in terms of design, for us to reach our goals. Often he’d draw us up quick little sketches. At times we got excited and were all over the map, but he proved patient. He made it his priority to find us something before Spring, when we had to be out of our rental. His office staff are wonderful too. Professional and personable; we could get questions answered by Taras or his staff promptly, any time. We’d highly recommend Taras Kinash if you’re looking for a realtor in Penticton!</p>

<p>Taras and his team have now handled three purchases/sales for me.<br /> I am so impressed with the level of service and commitment that this team provides.<br /> Prior to me selling my marital home we had secured a very well known "high-end" real estate agent.<br /> While he was very polished in his appearance and presentation the service we got was abysmal and after six months we were no further along.<br /> With in one day of meeting Taras and his team they had a plan put together and very shortly thereafter we actually sold our home for $50,000 more than we were going to get previously.<br /> Since that time I have sold a condo to my renters; a suggestion made to me by Taras, which I had never considered before and in the end, worked out very well for all parties.<br /> Lastly, I had asked Taras to keep an eye out for a good deal on a condominium purchase for myself and he got me in on a ground-level deal which has saved me at least $20,000 and provided me with everything I've ever wanted since I got to the Okanagan over 10 years ago.<br /> I highly recommend both Taras and his team who have treated me as family, being extremely fair with me and worked hard to find exactly what I needed.
