<p><br />Taras was excellent and extremely diligent in helping us purchase our investment property in Penticton. He was patient with all our questions and very supportive when we had some last minute issues from the bank and insurance company. He went above and beyond to explain the process with us, listen to our concerns and help us negotiate the offer with appropriate advice on conditions to ensure that there were no surprises. He was always positive and upbeat and a pleasure to work with. He really loves Penticton and is extremely knowledgeable about the housing market there. We have no hesitation recommending Taras.</p>

<p>My wife and I first met Taras during the sale of our home to a local developer. He was acting as their agent at the time and was the consistent professional during the brief negotiations and helped us to come away with an excellent deal. We were so impressed with Taras during our conversations (and beer drinking) that we decided to ask him to help us find our new home as well. We were very impressed with his knowledge, his ideas and mostly his enthusiasm and energy. These traits would come in very handy and he was instrumental in keeping us happy and positive when deals didn’t go as hoped, encouraging us to believe in our dreams and continue our search for our perfect house. He found that house for us, a fabulous log home, and worked tirelessly to secure the purchase for us in a neighbourhood that fit our family perfectly. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our house, our new neighbourhood, and our experiences working with Taras this year, and are proud to consider Taras as one of our friends.</p>

<p>We recently had the pleasure of working with Taras Kinash of the Green Kinash Real Estate Group, RE/MAX Penticton Realty. My husband and I had recently retired and were relocating to the Penticton area.Taras told us he would find us our dream retirement home and he did not disappoint! We were in town visiting for a few days and we had made arrangements to meet with Taras at his office in Penticton. We fully expected to view some homes on our first day but much to our surprise Taras had other plans in mind.Our first day was an orientation to the city of Penticton and surrounding communities.Since we were unfamiliar with the layout this tactic turned out to be an ingenious idea. Taras was very knowledgable in the cities history,past, present and future developments.His resourcefulness in the various communities was a bonus as he was able to list pros and cons that may help us with our decision.Since we lived on the coast sometimes it was not always easy to see a house when it came on the market.When able to,I would fly into the Penticton airport and Taras was always there to pick me up and escort me to the homes to view.I don’t know that that is in all Realtors job descriptions but he never hesitated at my request.</p> <p>Buying a home can be an extremely stressful time and Taras was always patient and professional in every way.He researched the legalities of land titles,land surveys,easement access,etc.Taras’s recommendation of Home Inspectors,septic Inspection professional’s always yielded the best in the business.When we did find the house that had everything on our wish list and other offers were on the table , I know it was Taras who worked diligently to secure our position and get us our dream home.We certainly appreciated his hard work.</p> <p>We have been in our home for almost a month and I can’t believe how lucky we are.We love the location,community,tranquility and everyone that visit us are in awe.Taras was right,he DID find us our dream home.We are very grateful and blessed to have been able to work with Taras Kinash.</p>

<p>I found Taras to be a respectful, professional and enthusiastic realtor. I interviewed him and his real estate partner John Green along with three other realtors in order to make a decision about who would be best to list our home (my mother was a former real estate agent and had informed me that I needed to interview a minimum of three perspective agents). One of the reasons I chose to interview Taras was because of the positive feedback I heard from a friend of mine who had worked with him. I ended up hiring Taras and John. <p>We came in contact with Taras from a simple phone call inquiring about one of the new developments being built in Penticton, and are we ever glad we did. Taras assisted us in purchasing and designing our new home. We couldn't have lucked out more as he is friendly, hard working, energetic and genuine. Being from out of town, we didn't want to make multiple house hunting trips and didn't have too. Taras listened to our wish list and knew exactly what we were looking for.
