<p><br /> We first meet Taras (TK) in July of 2017. We were planning on retiring to the Penticton area and wanted a feel for the real estate market. An acquaintance in the Lower Mainland recommended Taras to us, so my husband and I decided to drop by his office unannounced. Taras was great; he took the time, even though it was a cold call, to sit down and find out about our goals for retirement, our lifestyle and dreams. He is so knowledgeable and personable that he made it easy for us to see that our dream could come true. Taras showed us a new development at Sendero Canyon that was starting their Phase 3 homes. The completion dates for these homes would fit our plans for selling our property in the Lower Mainland. Taras was so good at making sure we understood the pre-sale contract and helped us with the plans to make our dream home complete with add-ons at the building phase. His insight and eye for detail was very helpful when picking our lot; he even helped us plan our furniture configuration for the Great Room. The completion date was close to a year from the date we met Taras, and through that year he was able to trouble shoot and give us advice and counsel when issues did arise. We feel lucky that we met Taras and his team, and we have no reservation in recommending him to anyone who is contemplating a real estate purchase in the Penticton area.</p> <p>Colleen and Dave</p>

<p>Taras was very helpful in finding me my place, we went to his office and he showed me all the listings that had what I was looking for. He found me a place with all of the accommodations I wanted. Taras was helpful with the lawyer and paperwork, he also offered to get me a mover to help with my belongings. I couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent. I always felt that real estate fees are way too high…. until we saw how hard, relentless and enthusiastic Taras works. On top of selling our development units at fair market value within a reasonable time frame he helped/advised us on matters beyond his duties as a real estate agent. Taras helped with me make a purchase for a second time! The process of finding the ideal place took over two years and he worked very hard at finding suitable properties that met my criteria. Many properties were viewed with Taras in person and he was appraised of key information for each viewing. I also saw some places via FaceTime tours and we were very appreciative that Taras could accommodate this request as I'm an out of province buyer. When he found me the "one" we were quick to put together an offer and capitalize on a competitive opportunity. He supported me with mortgage brokers and home inspectors and ensure they had access to the property. Once the deal was finalized things got interesting. The seller had a bit of seller's remorse and we had to go through some fairly tedious steps to ensure the sale went through. Taras was amazing the entire time. Positive and supportive and the deal went through. I know this won't be the last time I utilize his superb services. Kathy
