I always felt that real estate fees are way too high…. until we saw how hard, relentless and enthusiastic Taras works. On top of selling our development units at fair market value within a reasonable time frame he helped/advised us on matters beyond his duties as a real estate agent. Taras helped with me make a purchase for a second time! The process of finding the ideal place took over two years and he worked very hard at finding suitable properties that met my criteria. Many properties were viewed with Taras in person and he was appraised of key information for each viewing. I also saw some places via FaceTime tours and we were very appreciative that Taras could accommodate this request as I'm an out of province buyer. When he found me the "one" we were quick to put together an offer and capitalize on a competitive opportunity. He supported me with mortgage brokers and home inspectors and ensure they had access to the property. Once the deal was finalized things got interesting. The seller had a bit of seller's remorse and we had to go through some fairly tedious steps to ensure the sale went through. Taras was amazing the entire time. Positive and supportive and the deal went through. I know this won't be the last time I utilize his superb services. Kathy

I first met Taras when he sold my mother’s home when she was ready to move into a apartment. Taras did everything to make my mother and her sale a comfortable experience. Later when it was time to purchase our home my partner and I agreed that Taras would be the realtor for us. Taras was patient and listened to what exactly we wanted in our new home. He negotiated on our behalf and we can only look back and realize how he made sure it was an easy process for us. We would recommend Taras to anyone buying or selling in the Penticton area.
