We engaged Sunny to help us sell our house in early 2019. We met with several agents, but chose him because of his in-depth knowledge of our neighbourhood and reputation as a proven home-seller. He identified areas that we needed to address in the house before we listed, and helped us arrange the corresponding support. His familiarity with the market and his confidence really helped us, as this was the first time we were selling a home. When it came time to negotiating offers, he and his associate, Amarjit, were prepared and dealt with the buyer's agent on several points of discussion until an agreement was met. We were very pleased with the outcome and I would recommend Sunny if you are selling a property.
