<p>Sunny really knows what he's doing. Had a previous realtor for about a month and a half, and not a single offer. I ended that working relationship with them and contacted Sunny. Within 2 days I had an offer and sold the house in a week. Throughout the entire process, Sunny kept me informed of everything he's done and what he is going to do. You never have to chase him down for an update as he is constantly updating you on his own. I am extremely impressed with the speed with which he works and the results speak for itself. Let me give you a little background: I purchased the property from a builder and had a very high interest rate on the mortgage so I was in a rush to offload the property.Every Remax agent was promising the house is like a hot cake and will be sold instantaneously! So I signed up with a high profile agent from Toronto who made huge promises.The house was listed on MLS for 28 days and this agent was not even answering my calls and each time I called he said I was about to bring an offer. Trust me not a single offer canr and he blamed the market being slow and all that.<br />I terminated his contract and saw Sunny Purewal's flyer in the mail.In all honesty, due to the past experience with the other agent, I didnt believe what the flyer stated but I decided to give it a shot.One Sunday afternoon I called Sunny and he agreed to meet me at the property the same evening.When Sunny arrived he explained what he is does .I specifically asked him what does he do differently from other guys that he is so sure he can sell the property.He explained that he does everything with dedication.He has a team of professionals and he personally supervises every step of the way.The first thing he did was explained how to realistically price the house as unrealistic or over priced homes don't get offers.<br />We priced the house at his advise.<br />The next thing, he managed to do a professional staging for the house in less than 24 hours and had professional pics taken .The following Tuesday he listed the pictures in a very professional manner and by wednesday he himself was supervising the showing.Guess what! On Thursday we got an offer and with little amendments, which of course were handled by Sunny, we accepted the offer.The house was sold in less than a week.We met him on Sunday evening and Friday evening offer agreement was signed.So I want to thank Sunny for his commitment and professionalism.He is a highly dedicated professional.He always answers the phone is available to answer all questions.Sunny didn't make any tall claims. He gave me 15 to days to sell and sold the house under a week.I am really impressed with how he exceeds expectations.</p>
