I decided to change my first agent as I wasn't get any traffic with selling my home with the 1st agent, it was very disappointing. I decided to call Sunny and switch to him. He was professional and exact, he is a stand up agent, he acknowledged the challenges in this market today. He suggested what would sell my home in 30 to 60 days.. and without a hesitation he accomplished what he said. The traffic I got of visit was incredible.He sold my home in 30 days. Wow I was amazed. Excellent service and professionalism. Also he's brother Raj, was extremely patience and understanding to my senior dads needs for our new forever home.. he found my forever home immediately and negotiated to market value. 🙏👍awesome service and hardworking men.
