I had decided on one but after a month and a half with him and no offers, I went with Sunny. I received his advertisement in the mail and had my doubts. I met with him and within 5 days he sold my house. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and quite frankly, there wasn't much I needed to do as Sunny took care of everything.
