Steve was very in tune with my needs for selling my home, I never felt pressured or that I was not intelligent.He went above and beyond to accommodate me and my pets when setting up showings. I would not hesitate to recommend him and appreciate his kind, professional manner during a very stressful time for me, having lived in the house for 35 years. Steve kept me informed and walked me through each step of the process, I feel he negotiated the best price and closing I could hope for.

Agent worked 24/7 on our behalf. Very professional and personable. Market at the time was slow but he was always looking for ways to attract buyers to the condo. Would give his name to anyone who is looking to buy or sell in this region.

Steve always made time for us to view houses at times that would fit our schedule. He was also very helpful and took time to answer our questions as first time buyers.

Steve is amazing! He went above and beyond the call of duty numerous times over and made the whole buying process fun and easy. He is extremely patient and explains everything clearly. No question is treated as a silly question or waste of time. I cannot say enough good about Steve! He is friendly, personable, down to earth and honest. Never once did I feel that he had anything but our best interests at heart. And he was able to negotiate a fantastic deal on the home. I'm still shocked that you were able to pull that off! It says a lot about Steve's ability to put people at ease and how genuine he is. There's no games. Just genuine interest in securing the best deal he can for his client, all while maintaining his high level of integrity. Steve also went above and beyond by helping to fill information gaps and confusion in the sale of the other home at the coast. This was not required. He did this out of the goodness of his heart and a genuine desire to make the entire process as smooth and comfortable as possible while at the same time ensuring he didn't cross any business or ethical lines. The lower mainland team was very lacking in their service and without Steve's help, this would have been a very different experience. There are no words to express how much we appreciate your willingness to share your knowledge and expertise, beyond what you were hired to do. Without having your trusted guidance and advice, I'm not sure we would have made it through that selling process. You recognized a bad situation that was creating an environment of suspicion and doubt and were able to diffuse it. You were instrumental in helping us make sense of that very stressful and confusing situation and we will forever be grateful for your help. Steve is an an excellent realtor and a very kind-hearted person. While I’m sure there’s no straightforward realty process, ours was definitely on the complicated side, as it involved my daughter and family living in Surrey, moving to Kelowna, and myself and my friend often acting as her people on the ground. Steve stepped into the challenge of finding the dream home for a family of six, and kept my daughter, myself and my friend equally involved throughout the process while still preserving my daughter’s autonomy as the person actually buying the house. He answered all of our questions, and more, with thoroughness and attention to detail, and there were a lot of questions. A lot! Our combination knowledge of purchasing a house in 2019 was very limited! Steve schooled us in what to look for, what to stay away from, and really helped us to find the right property. His local knowledge is excellent, and it really showed. Once we were viewing houses, Steve’s knowledge of houses and the strengths and weaknesses of each property we saw was excellent. He helped us think through what would work now for a young family, and what would work as the children got older. His knowledge of property construction, and the pitfalls to look for, was also excellent. I always felt that he was giving us fair, honest, unbiased advice, particularly as we were definitely getting attached to different properties as we saw them - he still made us stop and consider all the factors of our favourite views. Steve not only dealt with the final sale of the negotiations here excellently, but he dealt with both families in a considerate manner - the family moving into their retirement home, and the young family moving into their dream home. Throughout, he has stayed it touch with emails, and given lists of all the things that need to be done. While buying, selling, and moving are all stressful, Steve has done everything in his power to make it as smooth as possible. I am so grateful for everything that Steve has done for our family. My granddaughters are about to start on a pretty amazing life in Kelowna, in an incredible house and this simply wouldn’t have happened without Steve.
