It was my First time to buy a house and I had more than enough questions about the housing market, he was patient and knowledgable when it came to explain the real estate concept to me! Trustworthy - Transparent - Effective. I was nervous to sell my property as I have never sold property before and I had a ton of questions. From the start Steve walked me through the entire process and prepared me for the all of the decisions that I would have to make along the way. Working with Steve it felt as though he truly was an extension of my personal team. I never had to worry about if he had my best interests in mind. He was straight forward, he communicated the good and bad news as he got it, and he consistently had thoughtful advice on how to get the best outcome. Steve was able to sell my property for the amount that we were asking for in a time-frame that was shorter than expected. Steve exceeded our expectations as first time home buyers. I had unique needs in that we needed an enclosed art studio space for me to work full time from home. He didn’t try to pressure us into anything that wouldn’t work or try to get us to overlook these unique needs despite our budget being on the lower end. We didn’t give him much to work with but he found the perfect place for us. Granted, it needed a little work, but we were more than willing to put the time into it to create somewhere we can call home. He helped us through the whole process and even provided boxes and offered moving help with his trailer. He followed covid protocol the entire way along and ensured safe contact while we viewed condos.
