We've used Steve Kirk to buy our very first home ten years ago, and we've just used him again to buy our next property. I would recommend Steve's services without hesitation. His professional yet easy-going demeanour will make you comfortable to deal with him. Steve's knowledge of in and outs of the purchases is vast, and if he doesn't know something, he always puts it on the backburner and follows up after doing research to bridge the gap. He's also very patient - we've looked at countless properties, put in an offer on a different property, and never ever has he pushed us to complete the sale or shown frustration with our slow process. Anytime we didn't like something, he'd simply say "Let's go to next one" without getting tired of the process and showing nothing but enthusiasm. He'd create a checklist for us, follow up with us at certain periods of the deal with what needs to be done and addressed. When the deal was about to close, he'd communicate its progress to us with possible problems and solutions. Steve also makes him available anytime for questions and always happy to help, but if he can't he'll get somebody to help us in a timely manner. Overall, I can safely say that if you're dealing with Steve, you're in good hands and will have a great buying experience. Thanks to Steve we now have a great view in the home of our dreams.
