Steve Kirk is one of those few realtors that genuinely care about you getting the house you are looking for, not just to “make the sale”. Unless you are buying a new build, then there is always concessions for buying a previously owned home. My wife and I looked at 100’s of homes online from the lower mainland, when we liked a few choices - Steve & his brother Mike ALWAYS made time for us to view the houses. We were very broad in looking for an option for both of us, Steve guided us through all of them. Was able to answer our questions about the various neighbourhoods we were possibly interested in from the lower Mission to Lake Country. Thanks - Steve, great job!
