I was referred to Stephen through Lois Grant (RE/MAX Anchor Realty). It is one thing to find a good realtor. It is another to be referred by a realtor who has a proven success track record for decades and be willing to put their reputation on the line in this manner. Due to the different markets (provinces), I worked with Stephen. I'm not sure if both him and his wife Faye (who also did a lot of the research and logistics) sleep going over and beyond to make the deal happen. When showing comparables, he and his wife Faye not only printed up relevant homes; they also brought us to view them and videotaped them for easy recall. He set us up online so we would be informed on the showings. He ensured the house and viewers were Covid-savvy. He knew how to increase the traffic. Bottom line – the house was sold in three weeks.
