Wow! Stephen and Faye made buying our new home such a breeze! As new homeowners, we were filled with questions, concerns and limitations as we purchased our new home in Edmonton from North York, ON. Despite the challenges of "distance shopping", Stephen and his wife Faye always made us feel at ease and patiently answered the landslide of questions coming their way. We never felt uncomfortable or lost throughout the process. They were always extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable throughout the whole process and they showed real care and understood our needs. Stephen accommodated not only a detailed virtual tour of the property but he even took the time to make specific recommendations including a condition for an inspection so that we could be confident of our purchase decision and potentially identify any issues. In short, working with them was like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. We have found not just a professional relationship but a new friendship.

As out of town buyers in the Edmonton market, we just had to leave a review for Stephen. Stephen is the definition of the word “hustle”! Rarely have we worked with a professional who is so dedicated to their clients and so readily available at all hours of the day. Having earned a BComm and law degree, Stephen is different than your typical agent and brings real pricing and negotiation skills which were of great help in a competitive market. When you choose Stephen as your realtor, you really get a “two for one deal” as he works alongside his wife, Faye, meaning there is always someone to attend to your inquiries, house viewing requests, etc. while the other one may be occupied. Stephen and Faye were very insightful on Edmonton’s market, responsive to questions we had and eager to find homes that matched our criteria. Throughout our search, we had to work through a ridiculously competitive market (houses were being listed and sold the same day) but thanks to their quick action we were able to secure viewings immediately as they went around the city checking out properties on our behalf. They are both constantly on the road and never made us feel like we were imposing on their time by making them drive around the city to look at one house after another. I did not expect a realtor to check out a home on 10 minutes notices at dinner time, but that is Stephen! The best part as an out of town buyer is the technology Stephen leverages. For each home we viewed, we received plenty of high quality photos, a video recording which was uploaded for future reference, and a live walkthrough with Stephen where he could answer our questions and give us a feel for the surrounding neighbourhood. This gave us a different angle to compare and contrast what we saw on MLS and make better decisions. If you need a realtor in Edmonton, Stephen is your guy, and we would recommend him to any of our friends without qualifications.

Both Faye and Stephen have been great to work with. We really liked their systematic approach, background research and market analysis. Their professional and practical opinion on a variety of matters helped us in our decision making process. We were able to sell our condo within a couple of months and concurrently found our new home in a great neighbourhood and a location that suits us really well. Also, Faye and Stephen are not only passionate about their work but also know tradespeople and companies that provide quality customer service to their clients.

Had an amazing time looking for our house. Didn’t feel any pressure and always had a good experience. Always looked forward to what was being shown as they kept houses in our criteria and made it very easy to go back and review. Stephen always took videos so we could go back and view the property and would include a few notes from us which made it way easier. The process of looking was definitely simplified by Stephen and Faye being organized and ready to answer any questions we had.
