Lindsey did it again for me. My property sold in 5 days. How did this happen you may ask in this tough market? Her knowledge of the real estate market and never quit attitude with a sense of urgency gives you results like this. She led her staging team that did an incredible job on my property and properly marketed the listing to get immediate interest in my property. Even though there were 4 other units being sold at the same time (my unit being the 5th), my property got plenty of interest immediately and sold in 5 days.
