My husband and I decided to sell our home right at the cusp of the real estate turmoil in 2022 while living on the West Coast. Not an ideal situation to be in by any means. I call and speak with Sonya. Immediately I knew that this is the Real Estate team I want to have to help us sell our house. Sonya was informative, funny, knowledgeable about the community and the real estate market and acutely invested in understanding our needs and circumstances. She then connected us to Bridget who has gone well above and beyond the parameters of what a real estate agent contractually will do for their client. Both my husband and I knew and felt so comfortable and safe knowing that Bridget and the team were doing everything they could for us. Bridget's knowledge and experience in real estate is evident in the way that she was able to help us manage expectations in a very uncertain real estate climate. Being so far from the action, my husband and I were kept informed about everything that was going on and everything that was being done to sell our house, so much so that we never felt the need to have to be there in person! Every single aspect of selling our home was taken care of by Bridget, from connecting with our tenant and helping them find a new place to bringing in plumbers and contractors to fix up things in the house...I mean the list is endless! This is the team you want to be on your side either when you’re buying or selling.
