I was given a N12 notice and had 60 days to find a new place. It is very stressful to have a specific timeline to find a new home. I just wanted to thank Jenna Z. for a job well done in guiding me through the process of finding myself a new apartment. She showed me countless apartments on my search and looked through many more listings to find me something suitable. She was always available through text or even by phone when I had any questions or concerns. She is very knowledgeable in all areas. She walked me through the process of applying for the apartment and signing the lease. Even when I had my doubts, she reassured me that everything was going to work out. She always gave me great advice as we talked things through about each place we looked at. She is friendly, personable and great to work with as she also works with you.
