<p>This was our second time working with Dolores, and if I ever move again, I will of course reach out to her! With the market in our desired area moving so fast, we required an agent that was able to move quick, and Dolores did not disappoint! She was also able to bring in her inspectors for the home inspection, on short notice as well.</p> <p>The agent who represented the purchasers in our sale was not always the quickest to respond, and Dolores and Sonya both followed up with him often to finalize everything as quick as possible.</p>

<p>It was fantastic to work with Dolores. The experience was painless & not stressful at all considering that for most people selling a house is an ordeal. Right from advice to present the house till the day it was sold was a pleasant experience. Dolores was constantly on top of her game. The photographer she sent was professional the brochures that were printed out were beautiful the showings were on time & with plenty of notice. The sign outside was done brilliantly. The best of all, the house was sold in 6 days to a very nice family. Felt comfortable leaving the house to them. I recommend her to all my family & friends :)</p>
