Simon provided invaluable advice on what to do to prepare our house for sale and had a great team backing him up. His pricing of the house was also spot on. We received 99.9% of asking and sold quickly which was our plan.

My house sale was a very difficult one with multiple challenging factors, some of which were compounded as I was living outside of Alberta during the whole process. Simon's team made the process as efficient and painless as it could be. I was kept in the loop constantly about what was going on and was very impressed with Simon's ability to manage a challenging situation. He and his team coordinated from multiple angles and I honestly cannot recommend a better agent and team, and I hope that they are available when I'm ready to buy again.

Simon was a pleasure to work with. Review meetings were held at appropriate times and contact with Pat (my son with POA) was much appreciated. Pat would discuss with me options and I always agreed with the information presented. The staging of the home and the information on the house was an aid.
